Background: Disability in adults is not just a health problem or personal characteristic, but reflects an individual's problems with social interaction and physical movement. People with disabilities remain a neglected part of society and encounter various barriers due to limited participation.
Objectives: To identify the level quality of life and socio-demographic characteristics of physically disabled such as: age, gender, social condition, academic achievement, job and residential area and to identify the degree of disability, causes of disability and duration of disability and levels domains of quality of life among disabled adult. 
Methodology: A descriptive analytic study design, an assessment approach has been applied for the purpose of achieving the earlier stated objective. The study has been conducted at Babylon Rehabilitation Centre. The study is carried out to impact of physical disability on life style among physically disabled adults from 1st December 2023 to 1st May 2024. A non-probability (purposive) of sample of 100 disabled adults who were attending Babylon rehabilitation center. Data were collected through the use of a questionnaire designed and constructed by the researcher were used for data collection and measuring the variable under the study. Data are analyzed through using the Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS, Version 26) performed through the use of descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis approaches.
Results: The majority of disabled adult are from their ages are of age group (31-40 years), their gender is male and married, their academic achievement is primary school, their jobs are employed and their residency are urban areas. The results showed that the severity of physical disability was obtained in most of sample. The study indicates that physically disabled are the level of quality of life-on-life style about disabled adults was moderate.
Conclusions: The study concluded that physical disabled adults have the ability to cope with their disabilities reflected by their moderate level of quality of life.
