میزان و عوامل مرتبط با اختلال استرس پس از سانحه در سالمندان بازمانده از بمباران شهر ایلام

اهداف: عوارض روانی جنگ مانند اختلال استرس پس از سانحه ممکن است سال‌ها پس از جنگ نیز  وجود داشته باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف برآورد میزان اختلال استرس پس از سانحه و عوامل مرتبط با آن در سالمندان بازمانده از بمباران شهر ایلام انجام شد.
ابزار و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر به روش کوهورت گذشته‌نگر، روی ۲۲۷ نفر از سالمندان بازمانده از جنگ تحمیلی مقیم شهر ایلام در سال 1398 که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای نسبتی انتخاب‌ شده بودند، انجام شد. به‌منظور اندازه‌گیری اختلال استرس پس از سانحه از ابزار NSESSS-PTSD استفاده شد. از آمارهای توصیفی و استنباطی مانند آزمون‌های t مستقل، ANOVA و همبستگی توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS 23 برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد.
نتایج: میانگین سنی سالمندان شرکت‌کننده در پژوهش 67.16±66.7 سال بود. 2/54% شرکت‌کنندگان زن بودند. بین تاهل، اشتغال، شاهد مجروحیت و کشته‌شدن کسی بودن، سن افراد در زمان جنگ  و جنسیت افراد با میزان اختلال استرس پس از سانحه ارتباط معنی‌دار وجود داشت. بین بیمارهای مزمن فعلی و اختلال استرس پس از سانحه ارتباط معنی‌دار وجود داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: 3/16% سالمندان بازمانده از بمباران جنگ تحمیلی در شهر ایلام به اختلال استرس پس از سانحه دچار هستند.
