fa رضایتمندی خانواده شهدا از بیمه تکمیلی در دریافت خدمات پاراکلینیک استانداردهای بهداشتی جانبازان يا معلولان Health Service Standards of Veterans or Handicapped پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><a name="_GoBack"><strong>اهداف:</strong></a> <a name="OLE_LINK8"></a><a name="OLE_LINK7">بررسی مشکلات خانواده شهدا در دریافت خدمات بهداشتی- درمانی، میزان رضایتمندی آنان از امور بیمه&shy;ای و بهبود شرایط بیمه&shy;شدگان از مهم&shy;&shy;ترین اهداف بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران است. در همین راستا، هدف مطالعه حاضر ارزیابی رضایتمندی خانواده شهدای تحت پوشش بیمه تکمیلی در دریافت خدمات پاراکلینیک بود.</a></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>ابزار و روش‌ها: </strong>در این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1394 در شهر تهران، 325 نفر از اعضای خانواده شهدا که از خدمات پاراکلینیک استفاده کرده بودند، به‌روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شده و رضایتمندی آنان از خدمات دریافتی توسط پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار آماری <span dir="LTR">SPSS 22</span> و آزمون‌های مجذور کای و رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بیشترین و کمترین خدمت مورد استفاده به ترتیب خدمات آزمایشگاهی (9/52%) و فیزیوتراپی (7/4%) بود. 91-70% افراد از خدمات دریافتی و 73-58% از محل دریافت خدمات رضایت &quot;زیاد&quot; و &quot;بسیارزیاد&quot; داشتند. رضایتمندی از روند دریافت هزینه بین 40-17% بود. تحت پوشش نبودن خدمت و بازپرداخت طولانی یا ناقص، علت مهم نارضایتی بود. <a name="OLE_LINK21"></a><a name="OLE_LINK20">بین رضایتمندی از محل دریافت خدمت و محل سکونت شهر- روستا ارتباط کاملاً معنی‌داری به‌دست آمد (0.001</a><span dir="LTR">p<</span>)، ولی میان سایر متغیرهای دموگرافیک و رضایتمندی از خدمات، محل دریافت خدمت و بازپرداخت هزینه ارتباط معنی&shy;داری مشاهده نشد <a name="OLE_LINK23"></a><a name="OLE_LINK22">(0.05</a><span dir="LTR">p></span>). همچنین متغیرهای دموگرافیک به‌عنوان عوامل پیشگو، اثر معنی&shy;داری روی میزان رضایتمندی نداشتند (0.05<span dir="LTR">p></span>).</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>رضایت خانواده شهدای تحت پوشش بیمه تکمیلی در دریافت خدمات پاراکلینیک در حد نسبتاً بالایی است، ولی این نسبت در مورد محل دریافت خدمات و به‌خصوص در مورد فرآیند بازپرداخت هزینه‌ها به‌طور بارزی کاهش می&shy;یابد.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="LTR" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aims:</strong> The main objectives of Martyrs and Veterans Foundation is to provide medical services for the martyrs and veterans&rsquo; families, high satisfaction in insurance affairs, and improve the situation of the insured persons. Then, the aim of the study was to investigate the satisfaction level of the martyrs&rsquo; families insured by the complementary insurance in receiving Para-clinical Services.</p> <p dir="LTR" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Instrument & Methods: </strong>In the cross-sectional study, 325 martyrs&rsquo; family members, who formerly received Para-clinical Services, were selected via random sampling method in Tehran in 2015. The satisfaction level of the family members from the received services was investigated, using a researcher-made questionnaire. Data was analyzed in SPSS 22 software using Chi-square and Multivariate Regression tests.</p> <p dir="LTR" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Findings: </strong>The most and the least used services were laboratory (52.9%) and physiotherapy (4.7%) services, respectively. The satisfaction levels of 70-91% and 58-73% of the persons were &ldquo;high&rdquo; or &ldquo;very high&rdquo; in the received services and the location presenting the services, respectively. The satisfaction level of paying for the services was 17-40%. The most important causes of dissatisfaction were services uncovered by the insurance and long lasting or incomplete refund. There was a fully significant correlation between satisfaction in the location presenting the services and the place of residence including cities and country sides (p<0.001). Nevertheless, there was no significant correlation between other demographic items and satisfaction in the services, location of receiving the services, and refund (p>0.05). In addition, as the predictive items, the demographic items did not significantly affect the satisfaction level (p>0.05).</p> <p dir="LTR" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The satisfaction level of the martyrs&rsquo; family members receiving the complementary insurance services is relatively high in receiving Para-clinical Services.
