Data were obtained from reputable international journals indexed by Scopus. Data analysis and visualization were carried out using VOSviewer software to identify research trends, relationships between topics, and the geographical distribution of studies. </span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><b><span lang="EN-ID" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span cambria="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#f79646">Findings:</span></span></span></b><span lang="EN-ID" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span cambria="" style="font-family:"> The number of publications on hospital and intensive care unit management increased significantly, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, with the highest spike occurring in 2021. The most frequently occurring keywords included &ldquo;Patient care,&rdquo; &ldquo;Healthcare system,&rdquo; &ldquo;Healthcare policy,&rdquo; &ldquo;COVID-19,&rdquo; as well as &ldquo;Medical staff&rdquo; and &ldquo;Patient safety,&rdquo; emphasizing the importance of patient safety aspects and healthcare policies in hospital management.
