Submission fee: Free Reviewing fee: Free Fast reviewing fee (2 to 3 weeks): 150€ (10.000.000 IRR for Iranian Authors) Publishing fee: 350€ (15.000.000 IRR for Iranian Authors) Authors from low- and middle-income countries can use a 30% waiver on publishing fees.
