Data on knowledge, attitude, cadre role, family support, healthcare accessibility, motivation, and Posyandu utilisation were collected using a validated, interviewer-administered questionnaire. Associations were assessed using chi-square tests, and independent predictors were identified through binary logistic regression.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:medium"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-style:normal"><span style="font-weight:400"><span style="white-space:normal"><span style="text-decoration-line:none"><span style="text-decoration-thickness:auto"><span style="text-decoration-style:solid"><b><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:Cambria, serif">Findings:</span></b><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:Cambria, serif"> Only 34 respondents (27.9%) utilized Posyandu services. Knowledge, attitude, cadre role, family support, healthcare accessibility, and motivation were all significantly associated with utilization in bivariate analysis (p < 0.05). In the final multivariate model, only attitude (adjusted odds ratio [AOR] = 723.10; 95% CI: 69.31&ndash;7,543.94; p < 0.001) and family support (AOR = 10.56; 95% CI: 1.05&ndash;105.80; p = 0.045) remained independent predictors, with attitude showing the strongest association.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:medium"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-style:normal"><span style="font-weight:400"><span style="white-space:normal"><span style="text-decoration-line:none"><span style="text-decoration-thickness:auto"><span style="text-decoration-style:solid"><b><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:Cambria, serif">Conclusion:</span></b><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:Cambria, serif"> Low Posyandu utilization among older adults in this ILP-integrated setting reflects an interaction between individual attitude toward preventive care and the reinforcing role of family support, rather than service availability alone.
