اثربخشی گروه‌درمانی معنوی- اسلامی بر افزایش تاب‌آوری و امید به زندگی جانبازان اعصاب و روان

اهداف: جنگ و استرس‌های ناشی از آن موجب می‌شود اختلالات روانی به‌عنوان مشکلی شایع در رزمندگان، جانبازان و خانواده‌های آنان مطرح باشد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی گروه‌درمانی معنوی- اسلامی بر افزایش تاب‌آوری و امید به زندگی جانبازان اعصاب و روان انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل 30 نفر از جانبازان اعصاب و روان شهرستان مراغه در سال 1397 به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش، مقیاس تاب‌آوری کانر و دیویدسون و مقیاس امید به زندگی اشنایدر بود. مداخله گروه‌درمانی معنوی- اسلامی در 8 جلسه 90دقیقه‌ای طی 10 هفته برای گروه آزمایش برگزار شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS 21 و آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره (مانکووا) انجام گرفت.
یافته‌ها: با کنترل اثر پیش‌آزمون، بین میانگین نمرات پس‌آزمون متغیرهای تاب‌آوری و امید به زندگی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تفاوت معنی‌دار وجود داشت و بعد از مداخله، میانگین نمرات این متغیرها در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل بیشتر بود (0.05p<).
نتیجه‌گیری: مداخله گروه‌درمانی معنوی- اسلامی باعث بهبود تاب‌آوری و امید به زندگی در جانبازان اعصاب و روان می­شود.
